Costs and Limitations

Pulse EHR may require one-time costs to establish interfaces for reporting to immunization registries, cancer registries, specialty registries, public health agencies and lab and radiology interfaces. Additional monthly interface support costs may be incurred upon client request.

Pulse EHR is certified to data export criteria and can create a set of export summaries in real time. Though the user can create a set of export summaries in real time, this type of mass export is recommended as best practice to be scheduled during off-peak hours to reduce performance stress on the system.

Pulse EHR may require annual fees associated with obtaining/maintaining certificates for communication through the HISP network.

Pulse EHR may require monthly costs to support online patient services through the Pulse Patient Portal.

Pulse EHR may require one-time costs to establish eprescribing functionality as well as monthly fees.
