Pulse Knowledge Forum 2009 Concludes

Pulse kicked off their 2009 Knowledge Forum in Kansas City with a welcome reception and dinner where physicians, administrators, vendors and Pulse staff were able to get acquainted or reunited with friends in a fun, casual setting.

The following days were filled with informative classes, group roundtable discussions, introductions to new products, one-on-one kiosk sessions, networking activities and prize giveaways!

Pulse President & CEO, Basil Hourani, addressed new policies, government programs and organizations critical to 2010 medical practice success. Bruce Rowley, SVP, Sales & Marketing, and Todd Pruitt, Education Designer & Analyst, discussed the Pulse 2009 Progress Report, introduced PRM Version 4, which includes hundreds of new enhancements across the full range of Pulse modules, and gave attendees an overview of what to expect over the next two days’ educational sessions.

Attendees spent time not only in educational programs but also
in Product Support Kiosks and Specialty Roundtable sessions. Kiosk sessions
allowed attendees to take advantage of individual training with their favorite Pulse
support person while Specialty Roundtable discussions were a great opportunity
for users from specific specialties to discover best practices and new ideas for
using Pulse software.

From the positive overall feedback received on the evaluations, we feel confident that participants returned home with increased knowledge for better utilization of Pulse products. We look forward to applying attendees’ suggestions to make next year’s conference an even greater success!
